Power of social networking

So yesterday I attend a going away party for a friend. I got to see some people I haven't seen in a while. One thing that I thought was interesting was I heard the phrase " I read on Facebook that you got a new job". I was thinking yeah that's true. I have to that point never really connected the dots. People actually read that stuff. I usually get on to play games on Facebook. There are some really fun ones like this tower defense game were you ........ anyway... I just thought it was interesting. It's funny how those things happen. I also have to finish all the cool bumper sticker pictures I have from my last job. Some of them are hilarious.

Unemployed

So last week I lost my job. As we all know the economy is just fantastic, so finding a new job will be just super. I'm really ticked, because I really liked my job. I just wish that I can find a job that pays at least what I was making at the auction. That is $10.00 at least. Though I think I could get by on about $8. It will be hard though. So I will probably post more of the cool bumper stickers, but my job hunt is more important then posting on my blog. I'm just wondering when this "bailout" is going to bail us out?
